Indian River County is a certified Drug - <br />Free Workplace and has implemented a Drug -Free Workplace policy, which is included along with <br />Exhibit D, in Appendix C. <br />Supervisor — Stan Boling <br />Mr. Boling is the County's Community Development Director with more than thirty (30) years of <br />planning and management experience. Mr. Boling has a Master's degree in Urban and Regional <br />Planning from the University of Florida. <br />Project Manager- William Schutt <br />Mr. Schutt's experience with Indian River County and his, -duration, makes him an excellent Project <br />Manager for a residential retrofit program. Mr. Schutt is the Senibi Ec nomic Development Planner <br />for the County and during his career has managed o =x$13 million'in_ rffederal and state grants, <br />including Small Cities Community Development BlorkGrants (CDBG) adst <br />nhe Neighborhood <br />Stabilization 1 and 3 programs. Mr. Schutt holds pM'asters in Urban/Regignal Planning and a BS in <br />Geography with a concentration in Land Use Planning and Environmental Anal-yksis from Central <br />Michigan 'University. <br />Project Manager- Sasan Rohani E �: <br />Mr. Rohani has been the Chief of Long Range Planning for.tFieCounty since 1989. He is currently <br />responsible for developing and implementing the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development <br />Regulations and he oversees the County(sASHIP.preogram. Mr.kRohani has taken and mastered many <br />successful projects, including the County'sNeighborhood Stabilization Programs and several Small, <br />Cities Community Develophmtt Block GrantVCDBG) forwnSrastructure;improvements. (Guardian) to provide full grant administration services, including application and program <br />administration in cooperation and conjunction with Indian River County and Indian River County <br />Emergency Management. Guardian will advertise for and vet licensed, insured and qualified <br />contractors to assist with the implementation of the Indian River Retrofit Program. Together in <br />agreement, Guardian and Indian River County will utilize contractors for the construction work on all <br />of the mitigation projects. The Wind Mitigation Inspector, will be responsible for completing the pre <br />and post mitigation insurance forms, a third -party vendor will conduct title searches on the <br />7 <br />107 <br />
