New World software,New World documentation,or other proprietary or confidential information shall not be used for any purpose other than processing the records of the Customer identified above as permitted in the Customer's Standard Sofnvare License and Services Agreement with New World. r 3 The undersigned agree(sf that this Agreement may be enforced by injunction in addition to any other appropriate remedies available to New World.
