EXHIBIT L <br /> CHANCE ORDER PROCEDURE <br /> Either parry may request changes to the Agreement at any time. Since a change may affect costs,schedule,or other <br /> aspect of the project,th16 New World Project Manager and Customer's respective Project Manager(s)must approve <br /> each change in writing before authorizing and implementing the change <br /> This procedure will be used by New World and Customer to control changes to the project and changes to any <br /> previously approved deIliverables. <br /> • All Change Order Requests(COR)will be submitted in writing. The COR will describe the change and include <br /> whatever rationale and/or estimated effect the change will have on the project.The COR form will outline costs, <br /> effort and time requirement of each proposed change. <br /> • The New World and the Customer's respective Project Manager(s).as appropriate,will review and assess the <br /> proposed change. It is then accepted or rejected for submission to the other party. If rejected, the COR is <br /> returned to the originator,along with documented reasons for the rejection. <br /> • The New World Ind the Customer's respective Project Manager(s) will evaluate the merits of the proposed <br /> change and approve it or reject it. Approval of a COR for investigation by both parties constitutes authorization <br /> of the amount pro�osed by New World to investigate and estimate(if any)the COR. Appropriate staff work <br /> will take place at this time. Effect on the price, estimated schedule, or other terms of the project will be <br /> determined.
