2. City of Vero Beach Municipal Airport - Will coordinate with the FAA <br />and public and private airport/airfield offices, stations and facilities; <br />3. City of Vero Beach Municipal Marina - Will coordinate all watercraft <br />transport activities. <br />4. Civil Air Patrol <br />a. Will assign CAP personnel in support of ESF #1. <br />b. Will provide all available and obtainable air transportation <br />resource support to include aircraft, aircrews, vehicles, and <br />ground and operations personnel and communications for: <br />(1) Air transportation of emergency or disaster officials, <br />personnel and size-limited/light-load equipment, <br />materials, and supplies; <br />(2) Air reconnaissance and air surveillance flights, to <br />include search and rescue and the monitoring of <br />vehicular and rail movements; <br />(3) Aerial damage assessment flights; and <br />(4) Air transportation technical and specialty support and <br />coordination. <br />5. Senior Resource Association, Inc. - Will provide transportation to and <br />from the designated special needs shelter for persons with special <br />needs. <br />6. Florida National Guard - Will provide manpower and equipment for <br />transportation needs. <br />7. Indian River County Department of Emergency Services/Fire Rescue <br />Division - Will provide ambulance transportation to hospitals and to <br />and from the designated special needs shelter for persons with <br />special needs. <br />8. Indian River County Public Works - Will provide transportation of <br />equipment and supplies. <br />9.
