Indian River County <br /> a) Fleet Management Division Maintenance Facility <br /> • One 20,000 gallon above ground diesel fuel tank <br /> • One 30,000 gallon above ground unleaded fuel tank <br /> ESF #16 (Law Enforcement) is responsible for implementing emergency <br /> traffic/evacuation issues. Prior events suggest that the barrier island and low <br /> lying areas are subject to flooding and subsequent road closure. If safe <br /> passage is possible, entry/exit will be permitted for authorized emergency <br /> vehicles only. <br /> B. Organization <br /> The School District of Indian River County Transportation Department, as the <br /> primary agency, will provide transportation support as requested through the <br /> EOC. Upon activation, the ESF #1 representative will notify which <br /> department personnel and ESF#1 support agencies that may be called upon <br /> to provide emergency support. They will also coordinate the utilization of <br /> vehicles, equipment and personnel of all agencies who will permit use of <br /> their resources during emergency response and recovery actions. <br /> C. Notification <br /> The IRCDEM will provide notification for each ESF's primary agency. A <br /> representative from the primary agency will in turn notify each support <br /> agency and/or volunteer agency, as required. <br /> D. Response Actions <br /> 1. Initial Actions <br /> a.
