As the primary agency, the department will coordinate with the <br /> support agencies in directing transportation resources and prioritizing <br /> the needs for transportation services. <br /> 2. ESF#7 (Resource Support)and ESF#15(Volunteers and Donations) <br /> will supply information pertaining to potential volunteer groups, <br /> contract vendors, and other entities that may be able to supplement <br /> local resources. <br /> B. Support Agencies <br /> 1.
