2. Continuing Actions <br /> ESF #12 will: <br /> a. Communicate with and monitor all utility response actions. <br /> b. Receive and assess requests for aid. <br /> C. Claim, when appropriate, needed resources to repair damaged <br /> energy systems. Such resources could include transportation <br /> to speed system repair. <br /> d. Coordinate priorities for repair with the IRCDEM Director. <br /> e. Update ESF #14 (Public Information) with accurate <br /> assessments of energy supply, demand, and requirements to <br /> repair or restore energy systems. This ESF will also make <br /> recommendations to ESF #14 on advising residents <br /> (particularly the electricity dependent) on the necessity to <br /> conserve energy, energy outages and other related energy <br /> issues. <br /> f. Keep accurate logs and other records of emergency <br /> responses. <br /> 9. Draft recommendations for after-action reports and other <br /> reports as appropriate. <br /> E. Recovery Actions <br /> 1. Initial Actions <br /> ESF #12 will: <br /> a. Review recovery actions and develop strategies for meeting local and <br /> state energy needs. <br /> 2. Continue to monitor utility actions. <br /> 2.
