Area Social and Mental Health Agencies-Will provide manpower and <br /> equipment as needs to support ESF #8 needs. <br /> 5. County and Municipal Utilities <br /> a. Will assist with prioritization of electric restoration for those <br /> clients who are electrically dependent. <br /> b. Assist the IRCHD in assessing the potability of public and <br /> private water supply sources, as needed. <br /> C. Assist the IRCHD in assessing the condition and operations <br /> of waste water systems. <br /> 6. Department of Professional and Business Regulation <br /> a. Food inspectors for restaurants, mass feeding sites and food <br /> distribution centers. <br /> b. Licensure verification of medical/health care personnel <br /> within the state and from other states. <br /> C.
