Finney, SRA <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way Purchases / 26th Street (A.K.A. <br />Walker Avenue) / Pastore and Hammel Parcel <br />DATE: June 10, 1992 CONSENT AGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County needs an additional 30 feet of right-of-way for <br />the petition paving project on 26th Street. The Board of County <br />Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the right-of-way <br />along this corridor on January 21, 1992. <br />The property owners have signed a sale/purchase contract for the <br />parcel at the land's appraised value of $3,507.00 or $.35 per <br />square foot for the .23 acre parcel. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests the Board accept the contract and direct the <br />Chairman to execute the contract on the Board's behalf. <br />FUNDING <br />Petition Paving Project Account No. 173-214-541-066.12 <br />7 <br />MCI <br />JUN 2,31992 <br />
