ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bowman being absent) scheduled a public <br />hearing for July 28, 1992 to consider adopting an <br />ordinance amending Chapter 11, Indian River County <br />Code (1976 Edition) and placing revised Chapter 11 <br />in the New Code as Chapter 208, Special Assessment. <br />J.
