Purpose <br /> The purpose of this ESF is to coordinate the response to an actual or <br /> potential discharge and/or release of hazardous materials resulting from a <br /> natural, manmade or technological disaster. ESF #10 may be activated <br /> under one of the following conditions: <br /> 1. In response to those natural or other catastrophic disasters. <br /> 2.
