They will: <br /> 1 Notify their support agency and recruit a volunteer liaison to staff the <br /> ESF #15 desk at the EOC. <br /> 2. Coordinate the organization, assignment, and staffing of the Volunteer <br /> Reception Center (United Way of Indian River). <br /> 3. Assign their support agency (SAFER Indian River) to staff and <br /> operate the donation phone bank located at the Indian River County <br /> Emergency Operations Center. <br /> 4. Coordinate with other ESFs to determine available resources and <br /> needs. <br /> 5. Assign their support agency (SAFER Indian River) to provide <br /> oversight for donations and resources by managing the flow of <br /> donated goods by identifying and informing the public of necessary <br /> needs via the Florida Volunteer and Donations Hotline, the Florida <br /> Donations Portal, and the Volunteer Florida Website. <br /> B. Support Agency (SAFER Indian River) will: <br /> 1. Provide volunteers for various missions as requested by the ESF#15 <br /> primary agency, the United Way of Indian River. (See SAFER Indian <br /> River current member organization list attached). <br /> 2. Assign a volunteer liaison to staff the ESF #15 desk at the EOC. <br /> 3. Maintain a current roster of support agencies/personnel. <br /> 4. Maintain a list of support organizations' capabilities and resources for <br /> use in response and recovery actions. <br /> 5. Assign volunteers to staff the phone bank located at the EOC with the <br /> goal of assisting with the unmet needs of the community. <br /> 6. Provide volunteers to assist with the operation of the Volunteer <br /> Reception Center. <br /> 7. Support and distribute donated goods and services to meet the needs <br /> of the area impacted by a disaster. <br /> 8.
