Assess status of critical facilities and need Director <br /> for assistance. <br /> 8. PUBLIC: Issue the "All Clear" Director and ESF #14 <br /> announcement for designated areas. <br /> 9. Assess need for staging area, distribution Director and ESF #5 <br /> sites, recovery centers, comfort stations, <br /> etc. <br /> 10. Evaluate EOC staffing and reduce staffing ESF #5 <br /> or demobilize and close EOC. If EOC <br /> closure is imminent: <br /> • Prepare and hold final <br /> briefing/debriefing. <br /> • Finalize all resource requests. <br /> • Assure return of all equipment. <br /> • Discuss lessons learned. <br /> 11. Coordinate re-entry planning. ESF #5 <br /> 11. Obtain a shelter status update and ESF #6 <br /> determine necessity for shelters to remain <br /> open. <br /> 12.
