Conduct a briefing on the importance of All Departments <br /> accurate record keeping and reporting of <br /> public damages for possible <br /> reimbursement of expenditures <br /> (manpower and equipment). <br /> 4. Coordinate the Preliminary Damage ESF #5 <br /> Assessment (PDA) performed by <br /> FEMA/State teams. Results will <br /> determine eligibility for federal assistance. <br /> 5. Attend the Applicant's Briefing to ESF #5 <br /> determine eligibility requirements for <br /> obtaining federal assistance. <br /> 6. Coordinate funding requests with the ESF #5 <br /> Public Assistance Coordinator (PAC) <br /> assigned by the State. <br /> 7. Apply for any applicable funding (starting ESF #5 <br /> with the completion of a Request for Public <br /> Assistance form ( w.floridg.pa.org) <br /> within 30-days of the declaration). <br /> 8. Attend the Kickoff Meeting with the Public ESF #5 <br /> Assistance Coordinator and State <br /> Applicant Liaison to discuss damages and <br /> assess needs. <br /> 9.
