A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />BYAND THROUGH:•.'1 OF •UNTY COMMISSIONER <br />ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY <br />MANAGEMENTi <br />INDIANRIVER COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, <br />Division of Emergency Management (DIVISION) and prescribes the powers and <br />responsibilities t.# <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 252, F.S., requires each county to develop a county emergencpj <br />management plan and program that is coordinated and consistent with the state <br />comprehensive emergency management plan and program; and I <br />NOW, '' RESOLVED BY THE BOARD , 4 ." <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the 2016 INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN (CEMP), <br />as approved by the DIVISION, is hereby adopted.
