D. After receiving an assessment assignment, the RIAT team leaders <br /> will make final coordination with the Emergency Management <br /> director, or his designee, to include determining the availability of <br /> work space for the RIATs operations center. This operations <br /> center, when available, will be co-located with or as close to the <br /> EOC as possible. If space is not available at or near the EOC, <br /> FLNG, through a ground support team, will erect tents for RIAT <br /> operations. <br /> IX. RIAT DEPLOYMENT <br /> A. Immediately following "link-up" with the GST(s), RIATs will move to <br /> the EOC to make initial coordination with the Emergency <br /> Management director, or his designee. Both the RIAT team leader <br /> and the Emergency Management director, or his designee, will <br /> provide situation briefings to ensure each RIAT member and <br /> county officials have the same initial assessment information. <br /> After the briefings, team members will coordinate with the <br /> Emergency Management director, or his designee, and conduct <br /> assessments in accordance with state agency assessment <br /> checklists. <br /> B. The state EOC will determine when RIAT assessments have been <br /> completed and notify the team leader(s) to terminate team <br /> operations. <br /> X. LANDING ZONES <br /> The following landing zones have been identified for Indian River County <br /> and the information has been transmitted to the appropriate agencies <br /> (See airport diagrams attached to this document and identified as <br /> Attachments 1 and 2): <br /> A. The primary landing zone is located at: <br /> • Vero Beach Municipal Airport <br /> Latitude 270 39' 33"/Longitude 0800 25' 08" <br /> B.
