<br /> depreciation,overhead,all maintenance,field repairs,fust,lubricants,tires.OSHA equipment and other costs incidental
<br /> tooperation.Standby equipment costs are not eligible.
<br /> Equipment must be in actual operation performing eligible work in order for reimbursement to be eligible- LABOR COSTS
