Cellular Phone <br /> Overview <br /> A list of cellular phone contact numbers for IRCEMT members is maintained by CEM. <br /> Application <br /> This system is applicable across all hazards for notification to those IRCEMT <br /> members possessing cellular phones. <br /> Testing <br /> This is a daily use system and does not require any special test schedule. <br /> d. Computer Systems (Internet, Email, Cellular Broadband Aircards) <br /> Overview <br /> Computer networks and the ability to communicate via Internet based applications <br /> and E-mail is widespread and a part of IRCEMT members daily business use. Many <br /> have portable access to the Internet and E-mail through the use of laptop <br /> computers, phones and wireless broadband services. <br /> Application <br /> This system is applicable across all hazards and especially useful to communicate <br /> with and notify IRCEMT members especially with information about impending <br /> events. <br /> Testing <br /> These are daily use systems and do not require any special test schedule. <br /> e. Everbridge Emergency Notification System <br /> Overview <br /> Everbridge is a subscription based service paid for by Indian River County <br /> Emergency Management. Emergency Management uses this system to contact the <br /> Emergency Support Function (ESF) personnel as well as sending notifications to the <br /> members of the public who subscribe. The subscribers can decide how they want to <br /> receive their notifications as well as in which order the system sends out the <br /> messages. This system provides messages through multiple streams (i.e.: text <br /> message, phone calls, email) system provided free of charge to subscribers. <br /> Application <br /> This system is applicable across all hazards to notify IRCEMT members and key <br /> leaders of impending or occurring events. <br /> C-5 <br />
