PROJECT NUMBER 16-ST-22 <br /> STATE AID TO LIBRARIES GRANT <br /> AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO THE GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN <br /> THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF STATE <br /> AND <br /> Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br /> for and on behalf of <br /> Indian River County Library <br /> This Amendment is to the State Aid to Libraries Grant Agreement between the State of Florida, <br /> Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services, hereinafter referred to as the <br /> DIVISION, and the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners for and on behalf of <br /> Indian River County Library, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee." <br /> The parties entered into a grant agreement dated 2/2/2016, for implementation of a State Aid to <br /> Libraries Grant. The parties now mutually desire to amend certain terms and conditions of the grant <br /> agreement. <br /> In consideration of the covenants contained herein, it is agreed as follows: <br /> 1. All sections of the original grant agreement not specifically amended by this or a prior written <br /> amendment and all prior written amendments are hereby reaffirmed. <br /> 2. Section Lb)of the grant agreement is hereby revised as follows: <br /> b) The Grantee agrees to provide the following Deliverables related to the Scope of Work <br /> for payment to be awarded. <br /> Payment 1, Deliverable/Task 1: <br /> ■ The first payment will be a fixed price in the amount of 1002 <br /> $98,140. The Grantee will have at least one library, branch library or member <br /> library open 40 hours or more each week. <br /> Payment 2, Deliverable/Task 2: <br /> ■ The second payment will be a fixed price in the amount of$178.
