S <br /> •��' BEFORE THE PLANNING&ZONING BOARD <br /> OF THE CITY OF VERO BEACH,FLORIDA <br /> 1053 20'PLACE <br /> VERO BEACH,FLORIDA 32960 <br /> In the Matter of. <br /> 1225 16th Street SITE PLAN APPLICATION NO.SP15-000014 <br /> Applicant: Owner: <br /> Indian River County(GoLine) City of Vero Beach <br /> c/o Joseph W.Schulke,P.E. 1053 20"Place <br /> 1717 Indian River Blvd.#201 Vero Beach,FL 32960 <br /> Vero Beach,FL 32960 <br /> ORDER GRANTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br /> The above-styled matter came before the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Vero Beach <br /> ("Board')on Thursday, December 3, 2015, for public hearing on the Applicant's request for the <br /> construction of the main Indian River County GoLine Transfer Hub, located at, 1225 16`h Street, <br /> Vero Beach,Indian River County,Florida,and more fully described as: <br /> Parcel I.D.Number: 33 39 01 00000 5000 00005.0 <br /> Zoning District: M—Industrial <br /> The Applicant requested approval of a site plan for construction of the main Indian River <br /> County/Senior Resource Association Go-Line Transfer Hub to include 1,752+/-sf enclosed and <br /> open air building to provide shelter,bathrooms,and storage;(8)bus/transit vehicle pick up/parking <br /> spaces;paved and secured parking for clients and operators;a 4,600 covered shelter.(Attached) <br /> The Board, having fully heard and considered the testimony, evidence, and arguments of the <br /> Planning and Development staff,Applicant,and being fully advised in the premises,finds that in this <br /> matter competent substantial evidence and facts were presented which,in its judgment,show that <br /> the criteria of Section 64.10 of the zoning code have been satisfied. <br /> BASED ON THE FOREGOING,a motion was made by Mrs.Minuse and seconded by Mr.Croteau <br /> to approve Application Number SP15-000014 based on compliance with staffs conditions listed in <br /> their report. Finding that the Applicant has satisfied the requirements of Section 64 10 of the zoning <br /> code as stated above,and thereby grant site plan approval,subject to the following: <br /> 1. During construction and after final grading,no surface water runoff may be directed <br /> to adjacent properties, and all surface water runoff must be routed to approved <br /> drainage facilities or be retained on site. All runoff from the site,both during and <br /> after construction,must be free of pollutants,including sediment,prior to discharge; <br /> 2. The applicant shall provide the Department of Public Works with a copy of the notice <br /> of commencement and be subject to random inspections for compliance with Section <br /> 73.33; <br /> 3.
