INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 73-5 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County Ordinance No. 72-3 expires <br />on March 8, 1973, and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Master Plan has not <br />been completed, and <br />WHEREAS, there is still a need to protect development along <br />State Road 60, now therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County that Indian River County -Ordinance No. 72-3 <br />is hereby extended and made effective for an additional period of one <br />year. <br />This Ordinance was passed on an emergency basis by <br />unanimous vote of all five commissioners. <br />0 <br />c <br />
