DeBraal - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: April 29, 2016 <br />ATTORNEY <br />SUBJECT: Resolution Canceling Taxes on Property Purchased by Indian River <br />County for Surface Water Storage and Treatment <br />A Resolution has been prepared for the purpose of canceling any delinquent or <br />current taxes which may exist on property purchased by Indian River County from <br />RREF RB 2012 LT1-FL PHP, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, for surface <br />water storage and treatment. This property is located at 925 51h Street SW, east <br />of the Osprey Marsh Algal Turf Scrubber site.
