F1 w ORDINANCE NO. 83-38 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: THAT PART OF THE NORTH ONE HALF OF THE NORTH ONE HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 3, RUN NORTH 89°47125" WEST ALONG THE QUARTER SECTION LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF 77 FEET TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF U.S. HIGHWAY #1 THE POINT OF BEGINNING FOR THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: THENCE RUN SOUTH 1012'29" EAST ALONG THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF U.S. HIGHWAY #1 FOR A DISTANCE OF 363.72 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 89°44'02" EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 600 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 1°12'29" WEST ,FOR A DISTANCE OF 363.72 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 89047'25" WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 600 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 4.637 ACRES MORE OR LESS. Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District to C-1, Commercial District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
