She discussed the <br /> tremendous success of these programs and the partnerships with approximately 30 <br /> employers in the community that assisted 44 families in becoming employed with almost a <br /> million dollar impact on wages. <br /> Chief Executive Officer Susan Buza, and Community Relations Specialist Kate Woodward, <br /> 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast Helpline, thanked the Board for their continued support <br /> and explained that the agency served over 4,000 individuals from Indian River County, and <br /> expressed concern about the 73 calls taken from individuals who were suicidal. She stated <br /> that the 211 Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. <br /> Daisy Packer, Executive Director, Keep Indian River Beautiful (K.I.R.B.), 1245 35`h <br /> Avenue, discussed an 84% increase in recycling programs over the last two years through <br /> the store and the Bin Program.
