O'Bryan District 4 Present Court and Comptroller <br /> Tim Zorc District 3 Present Shelli Gagnon,Deputy Clerk <br /> CALL TO ORDER 1:30 P.M. <br /> (PUBLIC HEARING) SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT (SWDD) <br /> PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON <br /> FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> Chairman Solari convened the Public Hearing for the Solid <br /> Waste Disposal District (SWDD) with Chairman Solari, <br /> Commissioner O'Bryan, and Vice Chairman Flescher <br /> 1:30 p.m. present. <br /> County Administrator Jason Brown announced that the <br /> Fiscal Year 2016-2017 proposed budget is $13,141,095, an <br /> increase of$3,660; and he provided a summary of the <br /> following proposed SWDD rates: <br /> - Residential Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU) - $102.61, <br /> the same as current year <br /> - Commercial Waste Generation Unit (WGU) - $ 35.55, no <br /> change <br /> - Readiness-to-Use Fee - $20.49, an increase of$.53, or 2.7% <br /> There is also a Landfill Ash Product Disposal Fee of$19.51, <br /> an increase of$.20, or 1.04%. <br /> 1:32 p.m. Commissioners Davis and Zorc entered the workshop. <br /> Solid Waste Disposal District <br /> July 13,2016 Page 1 <br />
