Projects are also identified through legislative proviso. No single transportation <br /> authority or single fixed-guide way transportation system receiving funds under the Intermodal <br /> Development Program is to receive more than 33 1/3 percent of the total intermodal development <br /> funds appropriated between July 1, 1990, and June 30, 2015. <br /> Application Procedures: <br /> District Offices consult with appropriate Metropolitan Planning Organizations in urbanized <br /> areas, or Boards of County Commissioners in non-urbanized area, to identify projects that may <br /> be eligible for Intermodal Development Program funding. For each candidate project an <br /> Intermodal Project Description is prepared. Application procedures are described in the work <br /> program instructions and are established by each District. <br /> Award Procedures: <br /> District personnel are responsible for the review and approval of the intermodal projects selected <br /> for annual formula funding. <br />
