Wheeler, <br />Commissioners/ and Guettler .& Sons, Iao.f Case No. 92 - <br />in <br />circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit <br />in and for Indian River County, Florida <br />Dear Mr. princal <br />t <br />A dispute has arisen among Prince Contracting Company, Inc., <br />and Indian River County and other defendants and is now pending in <br />the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court before Circuit Judge Charles <br />Smith, W1 Ce Contrantinr. <br />The Indian River Board of County Commissioners and its staff <br />have concluded, based upon their investigations of the <br />qualifications of Prince Contracting Company, Inc., that Prince <br />Contracting Company, Inc., was qualified to perform the referenced <br />golf course project. <br />The referenced lawsuit was dismissed by Prince Contracting <br />Company, Inc. after all issues were amicably resolved by the <br />parties. Furthermore, the Indian River Board of County <br />Commissioners affirms and commits that Prince Contracting Company, <br />Inc.
