RESOLUTION NO. 2016 - 071 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 1, UNIT 1, OF BENT PINE <br />UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a utility, drainage, and golf course maintenance <br />easement on Lot 1, Unit 1, of Bent Pine Unit 1 and Unit 2; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement portion: <br />the east sixteen (16) feet of the west fifty (50) foot utility, drainage, and golf course maintenance <br />easement, less and except the north forty (40) feet and the south twenty-three (23) feet thereof, of Lot 1, <br />Unit 1, Bent Pine - Unit 1 and Unit 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 41, of <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher seconded by <br />Commissioner O' Bryan , and adopted on the 16th day of <br />Auqust 2016, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />AYE <br />Vice -Chairman Joseph E.
