Emerson Park Subdivision and setting June 7, 2016 as the <br />Public Hearing date. He stated that after discussion on June 7, <br />2016, the Board directed staff to re -notify the Emerson Park <br />residents with the as -built costs of the project, and to continue <br />the Public Hearing to the date of July 12, 2016. Director <br />Szpyrka disclosed that based on the responses that were <br />received in response to staffs notifications, only 38% of the <br />residents were still in favor of the project. He recommended <br />that the Board revoke the two petition millings project <br />resolutions, and cancel the proposed project. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing; there were no <br />speakers. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2016-065, revoking Resolutions 2016-041 and 2016- <br />042; canceling proposed Project No. 1525 for asphalt milling <br />improvements to 2°d Street from 35th Avenue to 32nd Avenue, in <br />Emerson Park Subdivision; canceling Public Hearing <br />concerning project; and directing the mailing of this Resolution <br />to the owner of each property affected. <br />B.
