-- ------------------------- -------------- ----------------------------------- <br /> (a) Update the current Agreement with FWCD to indemnify <br /> and hold harmless Indian River County for all claims related to <br /> the drainage right-of-way for access; <br /> (b) Update the current Agreement with FWCD to define <br /> roadway maintenance as maintenance of the FWCD access <br /> road for drainage canals/ditches; <br /> (c) Include in the Agreement, a requirement authorizing the <br /> direct discharge of untreated stormwater runoff from the <br /> unpaved roadways into the FWCD ditch system; <br /> (d) Update the current Agreement to clarify the maintenance <br /> responsibilities for culverts and bridges within the FWCD <br /> right-of-way; <br /> (e) Update the current Agreement to require the FWCD to <br /> pursue State approval for the Water Control District to <br /> become an Improvement District, so that roadway maintenance <br /> will be the responsibility of the District to maintain; <br /> (f) Update the current Agreement to add the roadways selected <br /> for maintenance for a three to five-year period; and <br /> (3) Authorized staff to begin maintenance of the roadways <br /> selected, once the reviewed Agreement between the County and <br /> the FWCD is complete. <br /> The Chairman called a recess at 10:42 a.m. and reconvened the <br /> meeting at 10:47 a.m., with all members present. <br /> G.
