A brief discussion followed about the County assessing what <br /> improvements would need to be made and what the cost would <br /> be to bring 361h Street up to County standards. It was noted <br /> that if the District was interested in transferring the ownership <br /> of the right-of-way, it would either need to bring the road up to <br /> standard, or provide the funds for the County to do so. <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE OUESTION and by a 4-0 vote <br /> (Commissioner Davis absent), the Motion carried. <br /> County Attorney Reingold affirmed that either he, or <br /> Administrator Brown, would draft the letter for the <br /> Chairman's signature. <br /> (Clerk's Note: Commissioner Davis rejoined the meeting at 1:47 <br /> P.111.) <br /> 15.
