I I <br /> IRC Intergenerational Recreation Center <br /> BILL OF SALE OF UTILITY FACILITIES <br /> to <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> UPC #3228 <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Florida, having an address of 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, <br /> Florida 32960, hereinafter called GRANTOR, in consideration of value received, the receipt and <br /> sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has and does hereby grant, bargain, sell, transfer, <br /> and deliver unto INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose <br /> address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, hereinafter called GRANTEE, this 1-Ith <br /> day of September, 2016, the following goods and chattels: <br /> EXHIBIT "A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> -which utility facilities are associated with the Indian River County Intergenerational Recreation <br /> Center located on property known as the South County Regional Park, and further identified as <br /> Tax Parcel No 33-39-23-00001-0100-00001.0. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto GRANTEE forever, and GRANTOR hereby warrants <br /> to the GRANTEE that it has free and unencumbered title to the above-described facilities, and <br /> that the GRANTOR has full authority to make this conveyance and will warrant and defend the <br />_ sale of said chattels and utility facilities hereby made unto GRANTEE against the lawful claims <br /> and demands of all persons whomsoever. <br /> Further, should the above described utility facilities associated with the Indian River County <br /> Intergenerational Recreation Center fail or otherwise become defective during a one-year period <br /> from August 15, 2016, due to defective materials or workmanship, said utility facilities are under <br /> warranty by GRANTOR'S contractor, Kast Construction Company, LLC, by virtue of a Public <br /> Construction Bond (Bond No. 106184148) issued by Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of <br /> America. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has herein set its hand and seal the day and year first <br /> above written. <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONEf. uNSY CCdJ.i�/s <br /> ..•....._ s� <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORID4.•' <br /> i � F <br /> •Z� .NL <br /> By: <br /> Bob Solari Chairman •'•:�' ' f`�' 'P <br /> ATTEST: Jeffrey R.
