shall be paid by IRC upon demand by TPA. <br /> If IRC on more than one occasion fails to provide adequate funding, TPA shall have the right to <br /> convert IRC's program to either daily clearance or voucher upon 48 hours notice to IRC. This right <br /> shall be without prejudice to other rights of TPA under this Agreement. <br /> 4.25 Notice. When any of the Parties desire to give notice to the other, such notice must be in <br /> writing, sent by U S Mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the Party for whom it is intended at the <br /> place last specified. The place for giving notice shall remain such until it is changed by written <br /> notice in compliance with the provisions of this paragraph. TPA shall also be responsible for all <br /> required EDI DWC reporting. TPA shall reimburse IRC for payment of any fines, penalties or <br /> assessments assigned by the State of Florida, or other regulatory agency, for failure to comply with <br /> such rules and regulations, including EDI reporting, associated with the performance or <br /> responsibility of TPA. <br /> 5.2 Scope of Services. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, TPA shall, for the <br /> duration of this Agreement,provide all of the services described in Attachment A to this Agreement, <br /> Worker's Compensation Claims Administration Scope of Services. <br /> 5.3 Obligations Not Terminated By Term of Agreement. TPA will provide service on all <br /> claims occurring during, or before, the term of this Agreement and until thirty (30) days after the <br /> termination of this Agreement(including renewals, extensions or replacements thereof), all legally <br /> Page 10 <br />
