Finney, SRA�� <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way Purchase / 33rd Street between <br />58th Avenue and 66th Avenue / Fletcher <br />DATE: June 15, 1992 CONSENT AGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County needs an additional 30 feet of right-of-way for <br />_ the petition paving project on 33rd Street. The Board of County _ <br />Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the right-of-way <br />along this corridor on January 21, 1992. <br />The property owners have. signed a sale/purchase contract at the <br />lands' appraised value of $2,156.00 or $.45 per square foot for the <br />.11 acre parcel. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests the Board accept the contract and direct the <br />Chairman to execute the contract on the Board's behalf. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being temporarily delayed), <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Contract for <br />Sale and Purchase with Robert W. Fletcher and <br />Patricia E. Fletcher in the amount of $2,156.00, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />SAID CONTRACT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />14 <br />
