Our Scope of Services and corresponding fees are detailed below. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />1. Bridge No. 884036 — 66'b Avenue at 531 Street over Lateral "A" Canal. Update Plan Set <br />prepared by BDA, Inc. (dated 06.13.12) to Final Signed & Sealed Plans for Construction. <br />This task to be performed for a lump sum of .....................................................$5,540.00 <br />2. Bridge No. 880006 — 66'b Avenue over the North Relief Canal. Update Plan Set prepared by <br />BDA, Inc. (dated 08.15.07) to Final Signed & Sealed Plans for Construction. <br />This task to be performed for a lump sum of......................................................$8,320.00 <br />3. Bridge No. 884093 — 571' Street over Lateral "A" Canal. Modify Plans prepared by BDA, Inc. <br />(dated 03.16.09) for Final Signed & Sealed Plans to complete "Phase 11" Construction. <br />This task to be performed for a lump sum of......................................................$5,540.00 <br />4. Post Design Services. During bidding process, attend one pre-bid meeting. Respond to BFI's from <br />Contractor. <br />This task to be performed for a lump sum of .......................................................$920.00 <br />Our fees do not include Construction Phase Services. <br />All fees quoted in this agreement are applicable for one year from date of agreement. At that time, fees are <br />reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
