§974 CEB Testimony -January 27, 2014 <br />Mr. Edward Zettle, owner -manager of Joey's South Inc. d/b/a YNot, said he <br />originally had eight speakers on the patio and now he only had four, and suggested <br />having decibel monitors in the subdivision.
