Also attached is the itemization of costs for the <br /> demolition. <br /> FUNDING: <br /> Costs associated with this item are recording fees for recording the lien in the public <br /> records at a cost of $10.00. Funds for this expenditure are available in the MSTU <br /> Fund/Road & Bridge/Other Contractual Services, Account No. 00421441-033490. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The County Attorney's Office recommends the Chairman allow each party in interest for <br /> the property to address the Commission and be heard on the amount of the proposed <br /> lien concerning the property.
