The <br /> program is selectively applied to determine whether a new or <br /> innovative technique or measure can be used to improve or <br /> expand public transit. (FDOT Procedure Topic Number 725- <br /> 030-005-e) <br /> Program Public Transit Service Development Projects are undertaken <br /> Procedures: by a public agency to determine whether a new or innovative <br /> technique or measure can be utilized to improve or expand <br /> public transit services to its constituency. The duration of the <br /> project shall be limited according to the type of the project in <br /> conformance with the provisions of Section 341.051(5)(0, <br /> Florida Statutes, but in no case shall exceed a period of 3 <br /> years.
