RESOLUTION 2016- 1 m <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE BUILDING PERMIT FEE <br />SCHEDULE REDUCING FEES BASED ON VALUATION (5% REDUCTION) <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, in accordance with <br />Florida Statues, has established a policy that the Building Division is to be financed, to the extent <br />feasible, by user fees; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that a 5% reduction in the valuation factor (percentage) <br />used to calculate building permit fees can be sustained against expenses, to the benefit of fee payers; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that <br />The building permit fee schedule is hereby revised as set forth in the attached Appendix A. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner o- Bryan who <br />moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher and upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Vice Chairman Joseph E.
