RESOLUTION 2016- 103 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br /> RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE BUILDING PERMIT FEE <br /> SCHEDULE REDUCING FEES BASED ON VALUATION (5% REDUCTION) <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,in accordance with <br /> Florida Statues, has established a policy that the Building Division is to be financed, to the extent <br /> feasible, by user fees; and <br /> WHEREAS,it has been determined that a 5%reduction in the valuation factor(percentage) <br /> used to calculate building permit fees can be sustained against expenses,to the benefit of fee payers; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that <br /> The building permit fee schedule is hereby revised as set forth in the attached Appendix A. <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner o-Bryan who <br /> moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher and upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Bob Solari AVE <br /> Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher AYE <br /> Commissioner Wesley S. Davis AYE <br /> Commissioner Peter D.
