J` <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 - 064 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />EASEMENTS ON LOTS 2 THROUGH 11, BLOCK 6, WEONA PARK SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in light and water encroachment rights easements on <br />Lots 2 through 11, Block 6, of Weona Park Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the south four (4) foot light and water encroachment rights easements on Lots 2 - 7 and the <br />north four (4) foot light and water encroachment rights easements on Lots 8 - I1, Block 6, Weona Park <br />Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21 Page 17, of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />O <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher seconded by <br />Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 19th day of <br />August 2014, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D.
