RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 094 <br />to two successive annual terms, at which point they would be ineligible to chair the <br />committee for at least one year. <br />SECTION 7. Repeal of Conflicting Provisions <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, which conflict with the provisions <br />of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 8. Severability <br />It is declared to be the intent of the Board of County Commissioners that, if <br />any provision of this resolution is for any reason finally held invalid or <br />unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be <br />deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining provisions. <br />SECTION 9. Effective Date <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Davis , and seconded by <br />Commissioner zorc , and being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, Peter D.
