<br />This WARRANTY DEED made this
<br />, day of October, 2014, between THREE DOGS
<br />& A HORSE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose address is 455513`h Street SW, Vero
<br />Beach, FL 32968, hereinafter called the GRANTOR, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27`' Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960,
<br />hereinafter called the GRANTEE.
<br />("Grantor and Grantee" are used herein for singular or plural, the singular shall include the plural, and any gender
<br />shall include all genders, as context requires.)
<br />WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
<br />($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid to said Grantor, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold unto the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs or
<br />successors, and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land in the County of Indian River and State
<br />of Florida, to wit:

<br />Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, less and except the West 45.00 feet thereof,
<br />said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />The above described road right of way containing 5,758.78 S.F.
<br />and Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 2013
<br />and restrictions, reservations, limitations, covenants, and easements of record, if any
