SMITH, CLERK <br />OP -16 -To K �U- 1 o y r <br />-�o SBgP � "lVe <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING AN <br />EASEMENT ON LOT 5, BLOCK C, SUMMERPLACE SUBDIVISION UNIT 2 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a side lot easement on Lot 5, Block C, of <br />Summerplace Subdivision Unit 2; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement: <br />the west five (5) foot side lot easement of Lot 5, Block C, Summerplace Unit 2, less and except <br />any portion of the south f ve (5) foot anchor easement on the lot, according to the plat of Summerplace <br />Unit 2 recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 85, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher <br />Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 4 day of <br />November 2014, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D.
