SC-14.07 Final Payment <br /> SC-14.07.C.1. Delete paragraph GC-14.07.C.1 in its entirety and insert the following <br /> paragraph in its place: <br /> C. Payment Becomes Due <br /> 1. Payment shall be made by OWNER to CONTRACTOR according to the " Local <br /> Government Prompt Payment Act" , Florida Statutes section 218.70, et. seq. <br /> SCA 5.01 OWNER May Suspend Work <br /> SC-15.01.A Delete the last sentence in paragraph GC-15.01.A and insert the following in its <br /> place: <br /> CONTRACTOR shall be allowed an extension of the Contract Times, directly attributable to any <br /> such suspension if CONTRACTOR makes a Claim for an extension as provided in paragraph <br /> 10.05.
