You will need to provide the District with the information specified in rule 62-330.340, <br /> Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Generally, this will require you to complete and submit <br /> Form 62-330.340(1), "Request to Transfer Permit," available at <br /> http.//www.floridaswater.com/permitting/permitforms.htmi. <br /> Please note that a permittee is liable for compliance with the permit before the permit is <br /> transferred. The District, therefore, recommends that you request a permit transfer in advance in <br /> accordance with the applicable rules.
