ORDINANCE NO.2013- 012 <br /> Section 6.Directing County Attorney's Office to Post Summary on County Website. <br /> The County Attorney's Office is directed to post a summary of this ordinance on the County's <br /> website within 15 days of the filing of this ordinance with the Florida Department of State. <br /> Section 7. Effective Date. <br /> This ordinance shall become effective 45 days after the filing of the ordinance with the Florida <br /> Department of State. <br /> This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal, on the 8th day of July, 2013,for <br /> a public hearing to be held on the 186 day of July,2013,and on the 10th day of August, 2013 for <br /> an additional public hearing to be held on the 20`h day of August, 2013, at which time it was <br /> moved for adoption by Commissioner Solari, seconded by Commissioner O'Bryan, and adopted <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Chairman Joseph E.Flescher AYE <br /> Vice Chairman Wesley S.Davis AYE <br /> Commissioner Peter D.
