RESOLUTION. NO. 2014- 117 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />OF DISTRICT FOUR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF <br />AGREEMENT (MMOA) FOR SR -5 (US -1) FROM THE ST. LUCIE <br />COUNTY/INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LINE (M.P. 0.000) TO JUST NORTH <br />OF 11 TH LANE S.W. (M.P. 1.856) <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation wishes to install $328,377.78 <br />worth of landscaping and irrigation within the right-of-way of SR-5/US 1 from the St. Lucie <br />County/Indian River County Line (M.P. 0.000) to just North of 11th Lane S.W. (M P. 1.856); and <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the Department's installation of landscaping improvements <br />they wish Indian River County to maintain the installed landscaping. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Chairman is authorized to execute District Four <br />Landscape Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement as described above <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Zo ar; , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner O' Bryan and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows - <br />Commissioner Wesley S.
