The Parties may, by notice in writing, vary the <br />address for delivery of notices pursuant to this Purchase Agreement. <br />14. Effective Date and Term <br />This Purchase Agreement shall become effective on October 1, 2016 <br />(Effective Date) and shall stay effective through September 30, 2019 (Term) and <br />shall automatically renew on an annual basis unless proper notice is given as <br />outlined in the Termination section of this Purchase Agreement. <br />is. Termination <br />Neither party may avoid performance of its duties to the other unless the other <br />party materially breaches the Purchase Agreement. Nevertheless, both parties <br />have the right to terminate for convenience with the terminating party providing <br />90 days' notice to the other party and must fulfill the obligations of the Purchase <br />Agreement up to and including the day of notified and intended termination. <br />147 <br />
