INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PURCHASING DIVISION <br />REQUEST FOR INFORMATION #2016047 — <br />COUNTYWIDE P25 MICROWAVE RADIO SYSTEM <br />• <br />CCOMMW,m <br />� <br />I!VI ERNAT!Of,;AL <br />• As this is a public safety radio system, all work shall be conducted with no disruption of service. <br />The proposer shall be responsible for all costs and liquidated damages associated with any <br />disruption of service and any remedial effort needed to restore system to full operation. <br />Comply and exceed — As a turnkey systems integrator this is a requirement that all public safety agencies <br />demand. Ci's project managers and engineers will work with the IRC users to schedule all work around <br />the systems users' schedules to avoid the interruption of any services. <br />The County anticipates a phased replacement of the existing system over a five-year period. It is anticipated that <br />the end using entities will purchase their own radios separately. <br />Comply and exceed —Ci has worked with many agencies over the years on long term system migrations. Ci's <br />project management team can work with IRC to develop a plan to migrate the system while staying within <br />an allowable yearly budget of the County. <br />Ci will exceed Indian River County's RFI requirements and provide the latest state of the art critical <br />communication system.
