In the event the Applicant hires cmplo} ees for the Event or is otherwise required to carry workers' <br />compensation insurance. the Applicant will provide cvidence of workers' compensation insurance or <br />exemption as required by Florida \Workers Compensation Law as de firned in Chapter 4401. Florida <br />Statutes. Applicant will assume responsibility for Applicants discretion in confirming that all of the <br />Applicant's contractors or subcontractors engaged in work for the Event have the appropriate <br />workers' compensation coverage.
